Hi beautiful people! I bought popsicle moulds from Daiso some time ago, and today I blended up a smoothie to make popsicles :)

It was so good, I had to stop myself from eating it up before it gets a chance to be turned into popsicles, haha. The colour is not the best, it turned out brownish. Tastes amazing though! I’ll post a picture when it’s ready.

Ingredients:

- About 3 medium mangoes (I used frozen lily mangoes, really ripe ones)

- 5 small strawberries

- 2 small cubes of frozen chopped spinach

*I managed to make about 4 popsicles with these ingredients, with a tiny bit left over.

*Make sure the mangoes and strawberries are really ripe. We don’t want sour popsicles, do we? :( However, you can use slightly tart strawberries if you want a more tangy popsicle.

Blended frozen mangoes. One ingredient goodness!

On a separate note, I made a pretty vile tasting smoothie for lunch and now I’m apprehensive about being too adventurous, haha. It was coconut water with mangoes, frozen strawberries, frozen spinach and hemp seeds. Maybe I put in a tad bit too much spinach, and too little mangoes. Oh well. Drank it up anyways :)

Papaya + frozen grapes + brazil nut. I usually take one brazil nut a day for selenium. Who else does this? :) I’ve heard that brazil nuts are actually seeds.

Dinner time! Organic baked potato fries with a sauce of tomato paste mixed with sweet chilli + fresh juice (orange, green apple, celery, barley grass and beetroot).
