I used the Orgran pasta I bought the other day. For the sauce, I used Eden Foods organic crushed tomatoes with roasted onion and garlic. Added some lettuce in for good measure. Super quick and easy meal!

Coincidentally colour coordinated (ooh, alliteration!) meal today. Frozen grapes, beet juice and sprouted grain toast with jam.
